Cute one bedroom cottage on our 10 acre horse ranch.We live on the Ranch and our home is about 3 acres away from the guest house. We are close by to accommodate any needs you may have but also far enough away to ensure your privacy. Landscaped, fully fenced yard with deck, BBQ and fire pit area. We are minutes away from award winning wineries, beaches, Lopez Lake and San Luis Obispo. Parking is on the street, anywhere around the cottage. The city allows overnight street parking. Once you park you can pretty much walk everywhere.

Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am.
