This charming studio cottage offers privacy and seclusion, yet walking distance to restaurants, cafes, a private small beach, and to numerous points of interest This is a NO SMOKING cottage.This private studio is located behind our home in a quiet neighborhood with a full bath, queen bed, wifi, and a full kitchen. Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am. We are always happy to honer an early check in or out if we have time and schedule.
