Located on beautiful Damariscotta Lake, "Loon Lodge" is a rustic cabin from another era. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets and frogs and wake every morning to the call of the lake's many loons. The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Red Cape at Morton Brook Ranch

Relax with the whole family at this renovated cottage. The Red Cape was once the carriage house of an adjacent farm. It’s situated right next door to Morton Brook Ranch, a working farm that raises grass fed beef and lamb and pasture raised eggs. It sits on a state road, guaranteeing easy access year round. 7 minutes from Gardiner, 15 minutes from the capitol city of Augusta, and within easy reach of all major highways, The Red Cape is perfectly situated for exploring all that Maine has to offer.

Our cozy cottage is the perfect romantic getaway or quiet retreat in any season. Located on a private rd with scenic waterfront view. Guests can enjoy sitting on the dock (May- October) or the jetty, watch the eagles and Osprey, use our kayaks, do some fishing, walking or biking. Sit by the propane fueled fireplace on a chilly night. Brunswick, home of Bowdoin College and a # of great restaurants and unique shops is just 5 mi. Travel by bus or train to/from Boston. Portland is @ 30 min away.

Maybelle the Tiny Cabin on 100 acres

Maybelle is an 8x18 cabin with a full-size loft bed, a Cubic Mini Woodstove (wood provided), Natures Head Composting Toilet and Jetsetter massaging hot tub. Kayaks, paddle board, & canoe included . Hiking trails (some solar lit) surround your cabin. Outside is a fire pit and a quick path to the water. Maybelle's kitchen has all the cooking essentials and there's a small propane grill outside & the fire pit for cooking. Cell reception is okay in the cabin, wifi is from a Starlink booster!

The Cottage at Red Top - Cozy Lakeside Year-Round

The Cottage at 60 Red Top Drive is a cozy, family friendly place to enjoy quality Maine lake-time. You will have direct access to Anabessacook Lake including a sandy beach area. There is also ample yard space for relaxing and playing games. Indoors, the cottage has plenty of room for the family to be comfortable and a full kitchen. The cottage is a private space on its own, or can be rented in combination with The Main House for an extended family getaway! Ice fishing is right outside!

With hiking trails in the Pine Tree Preserve that adjoins the property and the Lobster Cove Meadow Preserve a five minute walk up the road, you can also explore nature and enjoy the solitude of the woods.

Overlooking Kennebec River, Riverside is a perfect setting. Open 365 days per year; 2BR, 1 BA, kitchen, DR/common area. Situates 4 comfortably, 6 with the use of couches, 8 with added use of floor mattresses. Renovated, open concept, our home is wheelchair accessible. We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building.
