The interior of the house includes a gas fireplace, a full chef's kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 Jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, and a foosball table in basement. The house sleeps up to 10 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 3 pull outs.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

This private community has its own beach access where you can swim and see ocean wild life. Every room has its own access to outside decks and patios. All bed rooms have decks and ocean views, room darkening shades and quality mattresses and bedding. The home lacks nothing for personal comfort. The large luxury kitchen has multiple sinks and ovens.
