Close enough to tourist attractions but far enough to feel the constant fresh air rolling off the tree line across the resaca and to see the full starry night unobstructed by the city lights. Enjoy our RGV bird specialties such as Green Jays, Altamira Oriole, and others.

Welcome to Bella Luna Sea Cottage! Beautiful sea cottage and newly remodeled is perfect for your vacation getaway. Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, Pickleball /tennis, 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf, gym, restaurant and so much more! Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village

The bottom unit is not for rent so you will be by yourself on the property.

An $90 administrative fee has to be paid to HOA for the parking and the amenities wristbands. If Long Island Village Resort Center is closed, drive to the security gate. Key pad will give you instructions to contact security to register for the night ***Registration must be completed next morning***. You will be able to access all areas of the home. Great location!
