The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

An open-plan area has reverse cycle air conditioning , wood fire and opens to the balcony via sliding doors. The house is located just minutes walk and drive to the CBD and local beach and restaurants.
