This sweet little house enables you to enjoy the peaceful Australian bushland, but still conveniently only 10 minutes away from the popular coastal town of Port Lincoln. Enjoy a taste of hobby farm living where you overlook grazing horses and ample amounts of space. Take a short drive into town and indulge on some of Eyre Peninsula's famous produce. Or stoke the adorable little indoor fire and nestle up inside with a delicious local wine.

This place was designed and built around our experience in Norway. Enjoy a beautiful location - 100 m from the beach, a 15 minute walk to the CBD and close to the coastal trail. It features outdoor living with a large deck and BBQ and seating under the trees too. The rural outlook features Winter Hill lookout and a glimpse of the sea down through Happy Valley.
