Welcome to our mountain cottage home! We are located on a one-house street in the heart of Bella Vista, just off Chelsea Road, convenient to the Tunnel Vision trail, AR 71, and I-49. The Kingswood Golf Course, Bella Vista Country Club, and Tanyard Nature Trail are within 2 miles. Kingsdale Recreation and Riordan Hall facilities are less than 1.5 miles away with miniature golf, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes, fitness center, and a seasonal swimming pool.

Welcome to The Ridge Ranch LLC, a 10 acre Glampground adjacent to the 2,106 acre Huckleberry Ridge Conservation Area, located 3 miles from where Little Sugar & Big Sugar Creek form Elk River. We have two rustic tiny cabins & four RV sites available for short term and mid term rentals (28 days or less) this winter. We offer tent & hammock camping for your group, including 4 RV sites with 30/50 amp electric, water, a dump station plus access to our 6 person luxury hot tub & use of our stage!

Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!

We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.
