Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends

You're more than welcome to access the swimming pool in the spring and summer time it will be closed in fall and winter. Hot tub will be coming soon! I have goats and chickens that you can walk up and pet. Along the woods are blackberries that bloom from june to July your more then welcome to pick them. I have dogs that stay in a fenced area when let outside.

1850 Mill / Spider Museun

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Originally built in 1850 as a grist mill it was converted into a spider museum in 1974. In the early 90s it was then converted to a home and in the late 90s an addition was added, which is now the master bedroom. Our property sits on 7 acres that runs along a creek. There is a walking trail that goes around most of the property.

"The James" on Clover Hill is a 4 bedroom two story vacation home situated on a 115 acre horse farm in Goochland Co. The rural beauty of the farm and central location to metro Richmond and Charlottesville make this an ideal location for a base for your stay in the area.
