Tucked away in a manzanita grove and perched on a cliff with the river below, the space offers privacy, views, and close access to the river. Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.

Welcome to The Wind and Tide where forest meets sea. Our newly remodeled home is situated on three acres of forested cliffside overlooking the Pacific, just north of the seaside village of Trinidad. Tranquility awaits as you take a dip in the hot tub and relax by the fire pit, soaking up the sounds of sea lions, the views of migrating whales, and sunsets and stargazing galore. Tide-pooling, agate hunting, and exploring Sue-Meg State Park is just a short drive down the road.

Comfortable and cozy Farmhouse surrounded by nature and adjacent to the trails of Redwood National Park. Perfect location for exploring the Redwood Coast. Rental has a great room, full kitchen, Queen bedroom, bath, balcony and two sleeping lofts, which are accessed by ships ladders. Lofts recommended for children age 6 and older. There is a second vacation rental on the first floor reserved by one or two persons.
