There’re beautiful walks in the surrounding area whilst being very accessible to the A3/train going up to London and Portsmouth. Should you be walking the South Downs way, there is a beautiful walk off the top of Butser Hill. We can also help with supermarket deliveries. We have two bikes you are welcome to borrow for 5min cycle to nearest shop.

The Good Shepherd Hut with wood-fired hot tub

The Good Shepherd Hut is nestled in its own private paddock, in the South Downs National Park, in rural Hampshire. The oakcrafted design ensures a luxurious stay with a comfy double bed, free WiFi, a log burner, sofa, kitchenette and ensuite. Outside is a fire pit BBQ, picnic table and wood-fired hot tub. A breakfast hamper, toiletries, robes and slippers are included. Relax and unwind as you soak in the hot tub, admiring the sunsets, views and clear starry skies.

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

Your accommodation is on the ground floor of a family home, surrounded by countryside near Petersfield. Poet's Cottage is set in a rural setting, located adjacent to a working farm, in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, just to the west of Petersfield. With 3 bedrooms and spacious living space, it is perfectly situated for walking and exploring the South Downs and for day trips to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Winchester, Goodwood motor and horse racing events and the beach at Hayling Island or West Wittering. Up to 2 dogs are very welcome.

Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips.

Coach House Flat in South Downs National Park.

Our lovely flat has been recently renovated and is ready for you to enjoy. Since January 2026 it also has a brand new washing machine. It is a self contained flat built above our garage in the building that used to be the old Coach House. Set in a quiet location on the northern edge of the South Downs National Park it is well placed for walking, many local attractions, and the lovely town of Petersfield.
