This gueen-bed suite has a private entrance, a living room with wifi/tv, and a small, private bath, on a beautifully maintained property on 28A in N. Falmouth. Enjoy easy access to beaches & the bike path is across the street. The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

Private home built in 1906. Two lovely guest rooms in an ideally Cape Cod home overlooking Nantucket Sound and the Centerville and Bumps rivers. Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. You will love the proximity to the ferries, P-Town, Woods Hole, great beaches, lakes, restaurants, theaters, shopping and whale watching. Both rooms have AC. Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock.

Welcome! This cheerful, clean and private 1st-floor bedroom is in a restored 1799 farmhouse.We are about halfway between Boston and the Cape Cod Canal and convenient to all major highways. Guests have a private entrance and newly renovated, bedroom/bath suite. Parking, a comfy queen-size bed, and TV are included as well as a fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plymouth Rock, Plimoth Plantation, and "The Mayflower" are 10-15 minute drive. No cameras on property. We respect your privacy.

Secret Garden Suite with full breakfast

We built our home in 1997 and have shared it with our five children, grandchildren and extended family. We thought someday when the kids leave, we will make it into a Bed & Breakfast and Airbnb has made the dream simply possible. 3rd floor, small bedroom with two twin beds and shared bathroom. At most, there will be 5 people using this bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. Our rooms are for guests with a lower budget. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 3 is a Small room FOR ONE PERSON on the 2nd floor with steep stair. It offers one TWIN bed and shared bath. A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, Free On-Site PARKING is at the BACK of our BnB and is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us. We serve our simple cold continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

Knowles Farm B&B, Photo Room

For parties greater than two this listing can add a room with a double bed for a single or couple for an additional fee. Owner occupied BnB with two rooms, NO Mass occupancy tax added!

Sweet stay by the ocean w breakfast (1 of 2 rooms)

SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST and is served between 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more . Sorry but there is no use of kitchen for cooking and very limited fridge space.
