The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 10 is a SMALL room FOR ONE PERSON on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. If offers a full-sized bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, air conditioning, TV, cable, WIFI. We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

Private home built in 1906. Two lovely guest rooms in an ideally Cape Cod home overlooking Nantucket Sound and the Centerville and Bumps rivers. Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. You will love the proximity to the ferries, P-Town, Woods Hole, great beaches, lakes, restaurants, theaters, shopping and whale watching. Both rooms have AC. Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock.

Room size is about 150 sqft, with queen bed and private bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. The bed of this room is medium soft. Avoid it if you require a firm one. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Please check "Other things to note" section for parking options and cancellation policies. The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 1 is a SMALL Room on 1st floor with a Queen Bed & Private Bath with A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, refrigerator. It has great natural light. Free On-Site PARKING is at the BACK of our BnB not accessible through street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us We serve simple continental breakfast from 8am - 9:30am

Our Bed and Breakfast is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, well maintain, and within walking distance of local beaches, the fish pier and downtown Chatham where you can dine and shop. The Innkeepers will serve you a continental breakfast each morning. We will clean your room while you are out and about each day. We are also very knowledgeable about great places to eat, shop, or where to go to the beach.
