Private home built in 1906. Two lovely guest rooms in an ideally Cape Cod home overlooking Nantucket Sound and the Centerville and Bumps rivers. Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. You will love the proximity to the ferries, P-Town, Woods Hole, great beaches, lakes, restaurants, theaters, shopping and whale watching. Both rooms have AC. Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock.

When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am to 9:30am.

Room size is about 150 sqft, with queen bed and private bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. The bed of this room is medium soft. Avoid it if you require a firm one. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Please check "Other things to note" section for parking options and cancellation policies. This is a first floor, front room with a king sized bed. Enjoy a mini-fridge, a 40 inch flat-screen TV with basic cable, USB charging station, and complimentary wi-fi. This room includes a parking spot for 1 vehicle. We are an 18+ guesthouse.
