A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. Washer and dryer are in the unfinished shed attached to the carport. No parking of vehicles, etc. in carport as it is at an incline and can have wash out areas. The small bathroom is located off of the queen bedroom with access only through the bedroom.
