Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom country getaway. We are minutes from the historic village of Schoharie and 45 minutes from the Capital Region and Cooperstown. We offer scenic views, lawn access around the air bnb, outside seating and parking (two cars). Our air bnb comes fully stocked with towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, kitchenware, 55’ smart TV, pack n play and portable high chair. There are 13 steps to enter air bnb. GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB THE STAIRS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.

Beautiful Central park is minutes down the road and offers multiple walking/hiking paths. Wonderful restaurants/breweries and pubs minutes away.

Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

This is a freshly renovated apartment on the upper floor. It’s very bright and uplifting. It has a deck with table and chair set. Pricing is based on longer term stays which are encouraged. Shorter term stays may be a slightly higher rate. There is coin laundry on the property in the adjacent building but not in this building. Unfortunately Airbnb doesn’t give this option to check off.
