The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Non dovrai condividere nulla con il altri ospiti poiché é stata nostra cura organizzare tutto in maniera che ognuno abbia i propri spazi e tutto sia separato. All'esterno c’é un barbecue, tavolo con sedie e le sdraio. Nelle vicinanze Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino e Bagni San Filippo. Per raggiungerci 1,5 km di strada sterrata!

Podere Piazza ist ein Landgut, hat seinen Ursprung im 15. Jahrhundert, das Ferienhaus wurde Anfang 17. Jahrhundert erbaut. Podere Piazza war der Wohnsitz von Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, der am 29 Mai 1747 zum Erzbischof von Siena ernannt wurde, er war ein Nobile di Montepulciano und Patrizier von Siena. Die Gebäude von Podere Piazza tragen noch heute sein Wappen. Somit erklärt sich auch unser Kirchlein, am Straßenabzweig, davor rechts zur Pinienallee und links in die Einfahrt.

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

Lui non esisteva, è stato ricavato in un angolo della grande casa in cui chissà quante persone della stessa famiglia vivevano. Per questo è diventato il nostro piccolo Nido, la casa da cui partire per scoprire il borgo. Non un piano ma addirittura due, con tanto cotto, legno e colori caldi.
