Relax with the whole family at this charming place to stay. It’s an older cabin that provides a sense of home and a peaceful tranquillity. Sleeps up to 8 people with room for 6 in the main cabin and a detached bedroom/bathroom that sleeps 2 more. Perfect for a couple. Washer/dryer included with super close access to the river (right across the road) and a hillside view with plenty of places for a long walk or hiking. There’s even a man-made jacuzzi nearby! My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.
