“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. We have a farmhouse-themed guest apartment with its own private entrance and private deck with a view of a private lake through the trees in the piney woods of East Texas. The room features brand new appliances as well as a coffee bar. There is a very comfortable king-sized bed and a hide-a-bed. There is plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The laundry room is also accessible. This listing is attached to my house but we are quiet neighbors!

Randy's Retreat with pool and hot tub!!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
