An Architects Studio- In a Secluded Forest

This incredible space has been the inspirational hub for designing the most creative projects in Humboldt during the past 18 years. Now it has been reborn as an immersive space to enjoy the redwoods. Every inch has been thoughtfully designed to allow our guests to feel the enveloping majestic nature of the surrounding forest. Upon arrival, a golf cart awaits for your journey through the woods, to the upper landing of the raised boardwalk crossing over a seasonal creek bringing you to The Studio.

One bedroom, plus a loft with full staircase, furnished with new queen beds. Wonderful grassy area behind the cabin for picnics, relaxing and badminton. Perfect location for peaceful getaway, within 15 minutes of Redwood parks, beaches and restaurants. Located nearby Jedidiah Smith State Park just on the outskirts of Crescent City, California. Treat yourself in a private setting of magnificent redwoods carpeted with ferns. Our newly constructed 600 sqft. cabin with full kitchen provides you beautiful rustic accommodations while you enjoy Nature. A 360 degree view with 10 large windows (with blackout curtains), gives total privacy when wanted . Serene and Quiet, this is certainly a place one can relax and decompress in one's own little space.

Smith River - Riverfront Retreat

Located on the beautiful Smith River*. Fully furnished. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Spacious living room with large windows providing beautiful views of the the river. Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, ironing board/iron, washer and dryer. Wifi, Roku with streaming channels (bring your login info for Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc). * river is not accessible from the home however there is access about 1 mile down the road. Please do not try to access river from our property.

Comfortable and cozy Farmhouse surrounded by nature and adjacent to the trails of Redwood National Park. Perfect location for exploring the Redwood Coast. Rental has a great room, full kitchen, Queen bedroom, bath, balcony and two sleeping lofts, which are accessed by ships ladders. Lofts recommended for children age 6 and older. There is a second vacation rental on the first floor reserved by one or two persons.
