Great place for fishermen/women, couples, solo adventurers, and families! Located less than 45 minutes from Chattanooga. Fisherman love that the neighborhood is only 3 miles from the Dayton Boat dock. I live upstairs, I’m quiet, and I park out front. Guests have full use of the driveway.
