Welcome to Meadow Mead Cottage, a tiny house on the edge of our homestead! Meadow Mead is located 1 KM from downtown Sackville yet feels like you're a million miles away. The cottage features a loft with a queen memory foam mattress, a fully stocked kitchenette and a separate composting toilet and hot outdoor shower. The cabin is dry but has refillable water for sinks and is fully electrified. Enjoy panoramic views of the marsh, wood point and Fort Béausajour from the large cedar deck.

The studio provides a chill experience on 4+ acres, with private stream access, a small park-like forest, bird watching, meditative spaces, and walking paths throughout the forest. Grainfield cottage is the newest edition to Hambrook Point Cottages. Built as a replica of the original Homestead cottage and features all the historic details, with a larger loft and full bathroom. Located at the confluence of the south west Miramichi and Renous rivers, the story and a half cottage features most amenities and more including wood burning stove and veranda with swing. Decorated with a vintage feel, it captures the romantic and tranquil retreat experience of the original.
