This 1940’s bungalow has a vaulted, exposed beam ceiling, custom crafted kitchen nook and tankless hot water heater. There is a smart TV with Amazon Prime, Starz, WOW! Streaming, etc. WIFI. Outdoor seating with loveseat & 2 chairs. Summerville is centrally located, 2.5 miles from both downtown and Augusta National and close to the medical district, in a beautiful walking area of town. Nearby are several excellent restaurants, gourmet take-out, coffee house, small park & dog park.

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway. Studio-style cottage with a queen size bed, sofa bed and a full kitchen and bathroom. Set behind the main house on a 3 acre property, enjoy rocking on the patio overlooking the saltwater pool, trees and gardens, or enjoy an evening under the stars by the fire pit. An unassuming cozy guest cottage. The space is comfortable 300 sqft and has all the essentials to make you feel at home. The cottage shares the same property with the main house.
