Wander outdoors, swim, follow a creek, slip into the forest, hike back, cook dinner in a state of the art kitchen w/ a pantry full of fun gadgets. Relax by the fireplace, sit outside & watch the stars, light a fire. We provide blankets & wood. A welcome basket & a fully stocked coffee bar for the early mornings are waiting for you.

Tiny glamping cabin with mineral spring hot tub

This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. One of two glamping sites on the 12 acres.

Beautiful Farmhouse & Majestic Waterfall

The Sparrow House is a beautiful farmhouse with a private trail to a majestic 120' waterfall. With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌

This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

Willow Treehouse - secluded, unique, romantic

The Willow Treehouse is settled among the trees, overlooking a small, swimmable pond, on a wooded property 15min away from the town of Woodstock. It is cozy, yet has all you need to cook dinner, enjoy reading, sit on the couch and stare outside the window, or swim. A Frame Cabin above the clouds

This A Frame has been restored to it's 70s potential but updated with yellow solid surface counters, Heath Tile and slate bathroom with radiant heat flooring, and Reform cabinets. The breathtaking view did not need a restoration. The house is situated on 30 acres including 3 meadows and wide grassy walking paths. It is up against state land which makes it very peaceful.
