The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

Our townhome is an ideal base for all your alpine adventures in the San Juans. Come for world-class ice climbing, trail time in Mt. Sneffels wilderness, downhill skiing in Telluride or Ouray or just to relax in the Hot Springs right across the parking lot. With views out every window and a private deck to take it all in, we hope you find yourself in love with this "little Switzerland" mountain town like we are. Our whimsical country cottage is the perfect spot to sit and relax, take a stroll down a country road or have a gathering under the big cottonwood tree. Enjoy the views of the ponds, and if you watch, you may see some wildlife roaming. After a fun day of sightseeing enjoy a s'more around the fire pit. The inside has plenty of space for games, a meal together, and has new luxury beds and furniture for a delightful stay. Nothing says "stop and smell the coffee" like this romantic country retreat.

This delightful space is perfect for your quiet getaway. Set in the country with hundreds of acres of unobstructed views this converted Barn is just what you need to get away and unplug.
