Everything you need in this newly remodeled one bedroom/one bath home, located in the quiet downtown of Iona. It's a private oasis for both business & travel. Our home is across the street from the city park that features; a walking path, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, & children's playground. Its 6 miles north-east of Idaho Falls, and close to Highways 20, 26 and I-15. This unique space features a self-check-in key pad, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

You are also 67 minutes drive to West Yellowstone National Park or you can even take a drive to Jackson Hole Wyoming which is 57 minutes drive away. You can rent this cottage as well as the larger Ranch House together for family events.

Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.
