Flaxlands Farm Shepherd’s Hut and wood fired hot tub is set in its own three acres of meadow and woodland on a working farm in the rolling countryside of Leicestershire. It’s very unique and off grid and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods,& large pond ….did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have sole use Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate dogs as we’re a working farm with livestock and our own working dogs

It is convenient for the Bowl Arena, Bletchley Park, Woburn Safari, the M1 motorway(10 mins), Luton Airport (20 mins) and London.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

A perfect location for a quiet country get-away, amongst fields, lakes and country pubs in a peaceful Bedfordshire village, within walking distance to Shuttleworth Vintage Aeroplane Collection and air displays. Also within easy reach of the beautiful, historic cities of Cambridge and St Albans while London is a 35 minute train journey from the local station. Significant sites of Knebworth, Hatfield House and Bletchley Park all close by. A perfect mix of peace, interest and convenience.
