In these uncertain times, we highly recommend travel insurance! Per standard practices in Palm Springs, Pool + Spa heat is optional, for an additional cost ($50-100 per day, depending on time.) Taxes are included in booking, and you must be 25 to rent. This rental is for the whole house, yard, pool, view of the mountains, peace love and happiness! PS City ID: 3157. The house is in El Rancho Vista Estates, a quiet mid-century modern neighborhood of Palm Springs. Drive downtown in 5 minutes for good restaurants and an evening stroll. There are many dog owners in the neighborhood, often out walking their puppies. There's a driveway and good street parking - you can walk to a number of bus stops, and Uber is easy in Palm Springs!
