This modern lower unit features a comfortable living room, full kitchen, two bedrooms, office space, and a large bathroom with a washer and dryer. Outside you will have your own private deck with a barbeque and seating where you can enjoy the ocean views as you watch the sun set over the harbour.

Salt Spray Landing - A Cottage by the Ocean

Located on the south shore of the scenic Bay of Islands, Salt Spray Landing offers guests a tranquil, completely private retreat in a cottage situated between mountains and ocean. Take the private path down to the beach and walk along the shoreline to enjoy the incredible view. Fire up the BBQ, relax in the barrel sauna, or light a fire in the outdoor fire pit and let your senses indulge in the natural setting. *IMPORTANT* You will need to bring your own camping essentials. (Bedding, Cookware, Lanterns, etc) Please note - no water or electrical supply to the A Frame. Off grid camping! Our rugged A-frame camping huts are perfect for spending a night in nature! This hut includes 1 queen and 1 double bed both with mattresses, and a table/chair set. Outside is a firepit, chairs, picnic table, stars and Tableland Mountains. Surrounded by trees and breathtaking views, your sure to enjoy your stay!
