It’s about 650 SF and has a good sized master w/ queen bed and futon, loft with two twin beds and a pullout couch in the living room. 2 pools on site, outdoor showers for returning from the beach, and multiple outdoor grills. MP10 behind Kill Devil Grill. A 5 minute walk to the beach access that also allows 4x4 driving from Oct-May. All within a mile or two include: THE ABC STORE, Harris-Teeter, Brew Thru, MAMA KWANS, TORTUGA’S, The City Park.

Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. A lovely beach house located on a quiet cul-de-sac just across the street from the beach. Decorated with cool beach vides w/ all brand new furniture in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. The beach is across the cross walk just a 1/2 mile away with free public parking. The sound is a half mile away as well with a beautiful walk/bike path that takes you directly to the Wright Brother's Memorial or you can see sunsets at the gazebo. We have a covered porch and full back yard w/ an outdoor shower.
