Well-appointed 2-storey lodge with south-facing balcony on peaceful, rural site with 2 bedrooms (double and twin), bathroom (with bath/electric shower), open-plan living area with sofas, TV and fully equipped kitchen/diner for self-catering and allocated parking space. Grounds with play area and tennis court. The lodge is located in a staggered terrace with other "Woodland Lodges" as they are called, all the same size and configuration. Check other listings to book more than one lodge if req'd.
Many people who stay here remark on how peaceful it is and how well they sleep, probably because of the fresh, unpolluted air. Whilst it is a rural location, nevertheless, it is located within easy striking distance of many and varied visitor attractions both in Pembrokeshire and neighbouring Carmarthenshire (we are on the border). Come here to enjoy the beaches, countryside, wild life, castles, amusement parks, boat trips, pubs, shops and restaurants.
The Woodland Lodge is on a 10-acre holiday site - 'LLANTEGLOS ESTATE' - with other holiday lodges in the grounds. Each lodge has a designated parking space at the front. Site amenities include a children's play area, field (great for exercising dogs) and tennis court.
The owners of Llanteglos live on the site and so are easily contactable throughout your stay. If they are not around, there are emergency numbers to call and other local people in caretaker roles ready to assist.

The on-site licensed clubhouse is under separate management and we cannot guarantee its opening times. It has been open for drinks and food at least part of the week in the peak season. Families are welcome in the clubhouse and dogs - children are permitted in the lower section of the premises. There is also a beer garden at the rear.
- Only one car permitted in front of lodge; there is parking for extra vehicles, trailers, etc. elsewhere on site by arrangement with owners.
- Use of play area for children 15 or under only and must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
- Dogs not allowed off the lead except in the field.
- We have a no smoking policy in the lodges. Ashtrays are provided for use on the lodge balconies.
My husband Tony and I moved here from London in 2001 and absolutely love it. We bought a rural holiday site with lodges. As well as running that, we are involved with the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and I am studying for my Masters in History at Swansea University. Tony was recently elected a Councillor for Pembrokeshire County Council.
We enjoy being near the coast and frequently pop down to the beach at Amroth for a walk. Our site is on hill a few minutes drive (or 20 min walk) to the coast. It's wonderful whatever the time of the year or the weather and very reviving for both the body and the spirit.
We have enjoyed hosting many Air B&B guests in our lodges and guest rooms and look forward to welcoming many more via this method of booking.
