Situated within the idealic village of Skelmorlie, our 4 bedroomed coach house lies on the West Coast of Scotland with easy access to the City of Glasgow, Ferry Terminal to Scottish Islands and Train Station to travel throughout Scotland.
The house comprises of two living areas, one with dining table which comfortably seats 6, fireplace and access onto a large balcony with stunning views. Both living areas have large flat screen TV. The downstairs bedrooms are access via a beautifully restore hallway room with wooden wall paneling and reclaimed flooring.
The integrated kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you could possibly need and has access to the large balcony area. There is also a breakfast seating area which is superb to sit at the start of the day and look at the view of the River.
On the first floor there is cloakroom toilet area with plenty of space to hang jackets and leave shoes.
Downstairs there are two ensuite bathrooms which have recently been renovated, with tiled flooring, full sized baths and shower facilities.
This large bedroom area has a stunning Indian Rose Wood super king size bed, beautifully carved mirror and access to the ensuite bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower area. Double glazed doors lead out on to the patio under the upstairs balcony, the garden can be access from here should you wish.
This generously size second bedroom has been used as a nursery. There is a day bed which can be used as 2 singles or a double, triple wardrobe and access to a recently refurbished ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has full sized bath, over bath shower, and tiled flooring.
With generous storage, a king size bed and newly carpeted flooring, this bedroom has a view onto the landscaped garden to the side.
This room has quirky cottage style windows looking on the back part of the garden, we often see deer when looking out! There is a double bed and storage for clothes.
The fully kitted out utility room comprises washing facilities, fitted cupboards and sink.
Guests have sole use the entire house and the house is accessed via a shared drive way which leads down to a generous parking area.

Guests have full use of the house and outside areas to the east north and south, any outside area to the west is our neighbours. Guest do not have access to the garage, an office and toilet which will be locked during their stay.
Please respect our neighbours especially on the balcony, all outside areas are quiet zones and if you could take your shoes of at the front door thank you.

Most recently I spend my time travelling predominately in the Middle and Far East with my partner, sampling a wide variety of cultural experiences.
