A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Opposite the building is one of the many walks across fields to the village of Rushlake green, with its lovely pub and general stores, perfect for dog walkers. Wadhurst Castle Cottage is a charming Regency self catering holiday cottage with well proportioned rooms, creating a light, spacious holiday home for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with sofa bed available in the sitting room. It has its own small secluded garden and is located in the parkland of historic Wadhurst Castle Estate, near Royal Tunbridge Wells and within easy reach of the seaside, London and Gatwick. It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

Views are spectacular to say the least and the sunset never fails to deliver. Dallington Forest on our doorstep. We are close to many great country pubs and walks. ‘The Parlour’ is a converted old dairy barn located on a working farm, nestled in an area of outstanding natural beauty. With views across fields and forests - and the odd resident cow - this is the perfect place to unwind and explore everything East Sussex has to offer. Built in 1890, ‘The Parlour’ has plenty of character and has been converted to a high spec - making it cosy and modern throughout - with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Quaint Cottage on Working Farm

The Bullpen is situated on a private farm with its own parking and lawned garden . Recently Having been converted form the former Bullpen it still retains its original features with an abundance of beams and the walled pen, now a pleasant eating area which being south facing and a lovely sun trap. The local area has some lovely walks being only 20 minutes drive from both the South Downs and also Ashdown Forrest .
