This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! The carriage house was built around 1840 and is the original structure updated with modern luxury amenities. Upon entering the carriage house, you will be met with a fully equipped kitchen and a full private bath, then proceed up the stairs to the loft portion and enjoy your stay.

The Oak Ridge House

Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

"Salvaged in Ohio", this extraordinary cabin is located in the quaint village of Rushville, Ohio. Restaurants, shopping, and downtown events are in nearby Lancaster. Hike in the Hocking Hills, check out nearby historical sites, then relax and rejuvenate at the cabin. Rushville is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Featured in the 1991 Fine Home Building magazine, the Kennedy Cabin is built with 90% salvaged local materials. Note: This property is smoke free, no smoking.

Back deck overlooks a ravine where you may see deer and other wildlife. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent this facility.

Please note that the cottage is on the same property as the Rockmill Farmhouse.
