I can no longer recommend this place as they allowed staff to not wear masks in 2020 after restaurants reopened and continued to seat people at shared tables. It became apparent they did not care about their customers or employees.

This is an amazing place for an amazing experience. Chef Evan Hennessey owns and prepares meticulous food at this 9 seat, one seating per day, Wed-Sat only. Evan was a 2018 winner of Food Network's "Chopped" and was a Chopped Champion contestant in 2019. A fixed price tasting menu is simply amazing. We've been there 5-6 times. Reservations are required and hard to get so I suggest making them before you arrive if possible.
