It is an island off the coast of Mbezi area in Dar es salaam. About 15 min drive from my house to the place where boats depart to Mbudya Island.
A day trip should cost about 65 dollars including transport to and fro and food and drinks. Of course here you will get the freshest sea food. You can choose to bring your own drinks too.
Mbudya for me is the best swimming and snorkeling you can get around Dar es salaam.
