Fantastic walk to the top of Hoad Hill brings you to the Sir John Barrow Monument, that's right it is a monument not a lighthouse. l Lovingly know locally as The Pepperpot - if you are lucky the monument is open to visitors to climb to enjoy the fantastic views....take heed if you are not a fan of heights this might not be for you.
