Just steps from our house, Cafe Kandahar is a favorite. The "Snug Bar" is a great cozy bar off the living room area where you can go for a cocktail and enjoy a fire in the living room. The restaurant is widely celebrated in Montana but you need to be in the mood for 'foodie' food and white table cloth/multiple courses. You can also order restaurant food to the Snug Bar off a condensed menu.

Fun for divey food (pizza, burgers) and after ski/bike/hike beers. Frequently with live music. Decks have good views. Very close to the condo.

Our favorite on resort dining option. A historic 80s ski bar/restaurant with great cocktails, beer and delicious (if not fancy) food. The nachos are famous (and enormous). Great for apres hike/bike/ski if you want a sit down meal and drinks.

Surprisingly great sushi (especially if fresh) for an inland spot. Trendy scene. Also can do takeout but call early. Pricey.
