This place will not disappoint! A couple started this after they got married to contribute to the family farm. This little innovative set up, is one of a kind.. If you can find it! It is part of the adventure and one not to be missed!

If you are not fortunate enough to reserve a booking in the restaurant, the coombeshead farm shop cafe is also a win win! Home-baked artisan sourdough, cheeses and cured meet galore all washed down with ice cold rose. Outdoor seating on a hot day, with a farm for the kids to explore. Vegetable gardens you will be envious of!

Milton Abbot itself was once part of this fabulous Duke of Bedford estate. A place to experience afternoon tea that is simply divine!
Locals pub with great food right on the river. This is a very pretty listed building that has oodles of character. The proprietor and chef rustles up some great food and there is always a nice atmosphere with the locals who frequent it.

Food is wonderfully flavoursome, with a good array of dishes to choose from, including some good vegetarian options. This is not a cheap night out, however this is represented in the quality of the food!
Lovely staff and nice atmosphere, best roast in Tavistock!

Filled these days with great cafes and independent shops. It a short distance from Milton Abbot, so why not drop in for a potter.
The Cornish Sourdough baker cafe is absolutely worth a visit. Great coffee!

If you are an animal lover, come and see our beautiful seals. These are found on the Cornish and Devon coast often injured, so taken into the seal hospital and brought back to good health before being released back into the wild.
