Sightseeing
Walpole Bay tidal pool is good fun if you fancy a dip or a paddle. We go crabbing there with the kids. You just need some bacon and can pick up crab lines from the pound shops next door to Cliffs Cafe on Northdown Rd. You can also take a disposable BBQ down with you or picnic and watch the amazing sunsets.

Margate Caves are just around the corner from the house. It's a great little visit and can be done in an hour before wandering down to the old town
