This part of the eastern seaboard is used to be called "Tidewater" because is near the tidal plain. Which means, flat walkable terrain. My neighborhood is off the beaten path, low traffic, and great walking location throughout.
Local shopping center is about 1/8 mile away and has a Harris Teeter Grocery Store, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, and Bojangles Chicken.
