A public beach right at the mouth of the canal on Cape Cod bay. Typically the water is calm. Boats of all sizes come and go from the canal all day. If you’re lucky, you’ll catch a cruise ship, the mayflower replica or some mega yachts!

Onset Bay Center - Buzzards Bay Coalition
Park at the Buzzards Bay Park and spend the day fishing or biking along the famous Cape Cod Canal rail trail.
Buzzards Bay Bike rentals are right across the street as well as restaurants and ice cream!
The park also offers a children’s playground, picnic tables and fantastic views of the Bourne train bridge and canal.
