Parks & Nature
Only 5 minutes away from your cozy cabin you can visit the first of 2 gorgeous waterfalls in the area. The views are spectacular and the trails are fabulous to hike. From the middle of August until the beginning of September it is also a part of our annual Chinook salmon spawning area. You can admire the salmon while they jump up the falls and also see them in many of the nearby streams. It is also a great time to see the eagles, bears and more wildlife along the river and creeks.

The very fit hikers can follow the trail up to Berg Lake and enjoy the stunning scenery of the glacier at the lake.
