Smyth's Apple Orchard is a short drive north. They have many varieties of apples to offer along with apple themed baked goods. Our favourite variety of apple is the Honey Crisp and their apple crisp is a favourite take home that we enjoy with company.

The locks are located south west of the mall. There is a gift shop where you can also buy ice cream and watch the ships pass through the locks. A prefect summer picnic destination complete with picnic tables and benches.
