1788 GA-356You can walk to the top of Yonah Mountain from the cabin. It is a long way up so if you would like you can drive up and park at the gate at the top of Yonah Mtn Rd. Just leave a note that you are staying at 373 Yonah Mtn Rd. (Neighbors check cars) It is a steep walk up a road used by the reserves when they do training. They repel off the side of the mountain at the top. Once you hit the bathrooms you can take the actual trail to the granite top of the mountain. WOW! What a view. Take a picnic lunch and stay a while.
