Wonderful day trip from Merida, my favorites ruins to visit!
Fabulous ruins but extremely crowded with busses and people! Best way to see this amazing place is to stay the night at Hacienda Chichen Itzá and enter before the busses arrive! Totally different experience seeing the ruins without the Chaos/people! Bird life is abundant before the crowds too!
