Located in the south east of Dikili, hot water emerges at 720 C temperature and 31 / sec flow rate in the geothermal area from the pools. The natural geothermal water is given to the 125 m2 outdoor pool and 2 large (6 people) and 2 small (2 people) thermal pools. Years ago, the thermal water that naturally emerges from the base, namely from the ground, was covered and the pool was built. When it entered the pool, it was named as "Mud Ilıcası" by the people of Dikili since it looked like muddy water when soil and water mixed. People benefit from this pool on an hourly and daily basis because it heals rheumatism, pain, skin problems with melt silicium. People also enjoy resting in cabins with 16 beds and only two beds, and benefit from the healing thermal water.

This was a rich and powerful ancient Greek city in Mysia. It is located 26 kilometres (16 mi) from the modern coastline of the Aegean Sea on a promontory on the north side of the river Caicus (modern-day Bakırçay) and northwest of the modern city of Bergama, Turkey. During the Hellenistic period, it became the capital of the Kingdom of Pergamon under the Attalid dynasty in 281–133 BC, who transformed it into one of the major cultural centres of the Greek world. Many remains of its impressive monuments can still be seen and especially the outstanding masterpiece of the Pergamon Altar. Pergamon was the northernmost of the seven churches of Asia cited in the New Testament Book of Revelation.
