WAlk along the river feed the ducks then take the family to pizza express on the river maybe. Very sophisticated town voted the best place in the UK to live a couple or years back. Worth a visit!

Rutland water is a great day out - take a picnic and go on the waterpark or take part in paddleboarding/kayaking or simply enjoy the walk round the reservoir... 21 miles in total!!! lovely pubs in the area to hit for some tea on the way home - 30 minute drive.
