Simple and informal and run by very friendly owners, this restaurant celebrates top-quality regional cuisine, with dishes ranging from piada to the delicious tortellini in a capon broth.

2 days of leavening, 70% hydration, only 2 pizzas at a time in the wood oven to keep the temperature. If you love Napoli style pizza you must go.

A qualche centinaio di metri dal nostro appartamento, all'interno del delizioso giardino della Zucca, c'è Il Museo per la Memoria di Ustica di Bologna. Facente parte della Galleria d'Arte Moderna di Bologna, il museo nasce per commemorare le vittime della strage di Ustica e si caratterizza per un'istallazione dell'artista Christian Boltanski, costruita intorno ai resti del DC-9 ricostruiti all'interno degli ampi spazi dell'Ex Magazzino ATC. Assolutamente da vedere! Ingresso libero
The Ustica Memorial Museum was set up thanks to the Association of the Relatives of the Victims of the Ustica Massacre to commemorate the tragic event when the 81 plane passengers lost their lives. The permanent installation by French narrative art artist Christian Boltanski surrounds the remains of the DC9 aircraft struck down on 27th June 1980 and consists of 81 lights, mirrors and speakers whispering sentences as well as common and universal thoughts in memory of the victims. Price: free
