Bring some Sturdy Walking Shoes

Whether you intend to simply have a stroll around the property and take in the wildlife or keen to try something more challenging further afield, a good pair of sturdy walking shoes is a must as is a shower proof jacket. We sit at an altitude of around 560 m above sea level so it is cooler in the evenings and definitely cooler again up in Blackheath or Katoomba both sitting about 1050 m in altitude.
