To get from Noordhoek to Hout Bay you can drive the beautiful Chapman's Peak Drive. There is a tollgate that you have to pay for (R50 per vehicle) if you go all the way to Hout Bay. Pack a picnic as there are few spots along the route to enjoy the views.
This drive can be closed when it is bad weather. If you are a keen runner, park in Hout Bay and run all the way up to the look out which is about 5km.
